"Student life is golden life"ಅಂತ ಹೇಳ್ತಾರೆ,ಇದು 100 ಕೆ 100 ಸತ್ಯ,ನಾನು ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೂ ಮಾನಸ ಗಂಗೋತ್ರಿ ಯಾ,ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ವಿಭಾಗ ದಲ್ಲಿ.ಇದರ ಪರಿಚಯ ಹಾಗು ನನ್ನ ಕೆಲವು ಅನುಭವಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ,

ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ವಿಭಾಗ ವು 1991 - 1992 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ವಿಭಾಗ ದಲ್ಲಿ MS ಮತ್ತು M.C.A ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋದನೆ ಗಳಿವೆ.
ನಾನು ಓದಿದ್ದು MS,ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಭಾಗ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 27 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದೆವು.ಅದ್ರಲ್ಲಿ 20 members Girls,7 members boys,


ನಮಗೆ Assignment ತುಂಬ ನೆ ಕೊಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ರೂ,ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಒಂದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ assignment ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ವಿ ಮಾತಾಡ್ಕೊಂಡ್,ಎಲ್ಲ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ನ ತುಂಬ ನೆ miss ಮಾಡ್ಕೋತಾ ಇದೀನಿ ನಾನ್ ಅಂತು,especially sunitha mam class ನಲ್ಲಿ nanu, suhasini front bench ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕುತ್ಕೊಂಡು ಎಂಜಾಯ್ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದಿದು,Deepthi ನಗು,
starting nagesh sir class ಗೆ ಹೆದ್ರಿಕೊಂಡ್ ಹೋಗ್ತಾ ಇದಿದು,
Hanumanthappa class ನಲ್ಲಿ senior MCA guys ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ರಲ್ಲ ಕಿತಾಪತಿ,OMG
Seminar time ನಲ್ಲಿ tension,
ಇನ್ನು Guru sir,PN sir class ನೆಲ್ಲ ಮಿಸ್ ಮಾಡ್ಕೋತಾ ಇದಿವಿ


ಪ್ರತಿ month ಕೂಡ ಆ month ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರೋರದು Birthday celebrate ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ವಿ,ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಗೆ ಹೋಗ್ತಾ ಇದ್ವಿ,


ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ನಮ್ಮ Deaprtment ನಲ್ಲಿ Welcome Party for Freshers and Send of party ನಡಿತ ಇತ್ತು,ಆ ಟೈಮ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಸಂತೋಷ ಹಗ್ತಾ ಇತ್ತು ಅಂದ್ರೆ ,ಅದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಿಸ್ ಮಾಡ್ಕೋತಾ ಇದಿವಿ ಈಗ,
ಹಾಗೆ 3 days sports day ಅಂತ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ವಿ department ನಲ್ಲೆ,ಹಾಗ ನಮ್ಮ batch ದು throw ball team ಇರ್ತ ಇತ್ತು,ತುಂಬ ನೆ ಎಂಜಾಯ್ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ವಿ



3 years ಹೇಗೆ ಕಲಿತೋ ಗೊತ್ತೇ ಹಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ,ಈಗ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತುಂಬ ನೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ settle ಹಾಗಿದಾರೆ,ಆದ್ರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವ್ರ ಅವ್ರ ಕೆಲಸ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಯುಸಿ ಹಾಗಿದಾರೆ,ಸಿಗೋದು ತುಂಬ ನೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಹಾಗಿದೆ,

Visited Harvard University

ವಿದ್ಯೆ ಅನ್ನೋದು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತುಂಬ ಮುಖ್ಯ.ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೂಡ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪದವಿ ತಗೋಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಕನಸು ಕಾಣ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ,ಕನಸು ನನಸಾಗೆ ಉಳಿಯುತದೆ.ನಾನು ಅಂಥವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬಳು.
ನನಗೆ ಹಾರ್ವರ್ಡ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಒಂದು ಸಲ ಒದಗಿ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು,ಅದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ನನ್ನ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇಷ್ಟ ಪಡುತ್ಹೇನೆ.

It was named after John Harvard a young man from the London.ಹಾರ್ವರ್ಡ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಕೆ ಬೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ತುಂಬ ಭಾರತೀಯರನ್ನು ಕಾಣುತ್ತೇವೆ.ಈ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ Department of sanskrit and Indian Studies ಅಂತ ನೆ ಒಂದು department ಇದೆ.

ಈ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವು ಹೊರಗಿನಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತದೆ.ಭಾರತೀಯರು, ಅಮೆರಿಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಈ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಬಂದರೆ ಅಮೆರಿಕಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು ಒಂದುರೀತಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ಥಕ ವಾಗುತದೆ

Kudremukha Trip

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಲೇ ಬೇಕಾದವ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳು ತುಂಬ ಇದೆ.ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ chikkamanglore ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಕುದುರೆಮುಖ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಚಂದ ಕೆ ತುಂಬ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದ.ನಾನು ಮಾಡುವೆ ಆದ ಹೊಸದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕುದರೆಮುಖ ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ವಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೆಲವು ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿ ಕೊಳುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ.

Kudremukha is one of the most beautiful peak in Western Ghats and in Karnataka.It is also the name of a small town situated near the mountain, about 48 kilometers from karkala and 20 kilometers from kalsa. Kuduremukha ( means 'horse-face') and refers to a particular picturesque view of a side of the mountain that resembles the same.

The route passes through some lovely shola(montane) forests near the top. About 1/2 an hour below the summit,the route passes near an abandoned church and a small waterfall. One should take the time to explore the church,and also to watch out for the amazing birdlife there.

Another route is to start from Kaikamba. Kaikamba is a place between beLtangaDi and Navoor, Killur. This route converges with the other at Lobo house. Another place of interest near by is Jamalabad fort or Jamalghad kote, situated at around 1700mts from sea level, presumably built by Tipu Sultan near Navoor. Food one must carry and stay is not allowed here.

Beautifull Autumn

ಅಮೆರಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೊಂದು season ಗೆ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಕಡೆ trip ಹೋಗೋದು ಫಿಕ್ಸ್ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತೆ.Usually September ಬಂದ್ರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಲಾಂಗ್ ಡ್ರೈವ್ ಹೋಗಲಿಕ್ಕೆ ತಯಾರಿ ಹಗ್ತಾರೆ,ಸುಂದರವಾದ autumn ನೋಡ್ಲಿಕೆ,ನಿಜವಾಗಲು ಇದು ಒಂದು ಸುಂದರ ಅನುಭವ.ಚಿಕ್ಕವರು ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಪದ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ autumn ಎಂಬ ಪದವನ್ನು ಓದ್ತೆದ್ವಿ,ಆದರೆ ಅನುಭವ ಹಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ,

It's that time of year again,the wet summer in New England this year should make 2009 a banner year for brightly-colored fall foliage in the area.

Did you ever wonder how and why a fall leaf changes color?

During winter, there is not enough light or water for photosynthesis. The trees will rest, and live off the food they stored during the summer. They begin to shut down their food-making factories. The green chlorophyll disappears from the leaves. As the bright green fades away, we begin to see yellow and orange colors. Small amounts of these colors have been in the leaves all along. We just can't see them in the summer, because they are covered up by the green chlorophyll.
